The Court of Appeal in Abuja reversed the judgment of the National and State Assembly Elections Petitions Court in Asaba which declared Ndudi Elumelu as winner of the Aniocha Oshimili Federal Constituency. The body of a yet-to-be-identified man that was electrocuted near the Faculty of Education building, close to the Department of Economics of the Nnamdi University Awka, Anambra State has been retrieved by .the officials the electricity company.
