The Court of Appeal in Abuja reversed the judgment of the National and State Assembly Elections Petitions Court in Asaba which declared Ndudi Elumelu as winner of the Aniocha Oshimili Federal Constituency. Daily Report Nigeria reports that Elumelu of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was declared winner of the February 25 election by the tribunal after it avoided the victory of Ngozi Okolie of the Labour Party.
