One Felix Nwaobakata, commander of a local vigilante group, with two human skulls has been arrested by the police in Rivers State with two human skulls. The police said its operatives, in a clampdown on the excesses of vigilante groups operating in the state, arrested seven other members of the local security outfit for other crimes including murder. Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, dismissed the fundamental human rights suit filed by the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, against the Federal Government and the DSS.
