Delta State Police Command have two suspects, who specialize in stealing phones from unsuspecting passengers boarding tricycles (Keke); Collins Akpinoba ‘m’ , 27yrs and his co conspirator, David Paulson ‘m’ ,38yrs have been arrested in Asaba.
