The Federal Government has announced that the Port-Harcourt Refinery is gearing up to start generating two million litres of Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) and 2.2 million litres of diesel daily.   Mr. Olajide Oshundun, the Director of Press and Public Relations at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, said in a statement on Thursday that “the refinery is currently 80 per cent complete.”     He said the existing refinery facility would have a production capacity of 54,000 barrels per day, and the new plant, which was in its final stages of completion, was expected to commence production by…
