Opposition candidate, Joseph Boakai, is set for victory in the Liberian presidential election after the latest tranche of results were announced by the electoral commission on Friday. Liberians voted out President George Weah, who is also the candidate of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) in the landmark election. The authority in Saudi Arabia has on Wednesday, issued a statement giving the reasons why 264 passengers visas were cancelled and subsequently deported from the Kingdom on Monday, November 13, 2023 upon arrival at the King Abdulaziz International Airport, Hajj Terminal Jeddah.
