The Executive Secretary of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board and a stalwart of the People’s PDP, in Delta State, Hon. Sunday Orishedere JP, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Government of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Barr. Festus Ovie Agas as he mark his birthday anniversary celebration.
In a congratulatory messages, Orishedere described the Chief of Staff as a unique personality with dynamic qualities and proven administrative prowess with great human potentials.
Oritshedere added that the Rt. Hon. Barr. Ovie Agas has a fascinating character of gentleness, calm and humility which singled him out of many.
The statement further reads; “Sir, on behalf of my family and Delta State Scholarship Board, I wish you God’s divine wisdom, good health, abundant grace and longevity, as you celebrate another wonderful new page of your birth, Happy Birthday Sir.
