A renowned philanthropists and indigene of Arhavwanrien Kingdom in Ughelli South local government area, Chief Mrs. Ejovi Arobaga, joined by other notable Arhavwanrien indigenes and groups has congratulated their monarch, (HRM) Okukeren 111, Ovie of Arhavwarien Kingdom on his emergence as the vice chairman of the Urhobo Traditional Ruler’s Forum.
With the demise of the revere Ovie of Olomu kingdom, HRM, Ovie, Dr. Richard Layeguen Ogbon Ogoni-Oghoro 1, JP, OON, the Urhobo Traditional Rulers Forum recently elected His Royal Majesty (HRM) Abe 1, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom as Chairman and (HRM) Okukeren 111, Ovie of Arhavwarien Kingdom as the Vice Chairman.
As the news of the emergence of HRM, Solomon Okukeren 111 as the vice chairman of the Urhobo Traditional Rulers’ Forum filtered in, the entire Arhavwanrien kingdom in Ughelli South local government, Delta State, was thrown into jubilations and excitement.
Indigenes of the kingdom including clergymen, the political class, business class, council of chiefs, Arhavwanrien Youth Development Group and a philanthropist, Chief (Mrs) Ejovi Arobaga have celebrated the emergence of the monarch.
Chief Arobaga while congratulating the King, maintained that his election as the vice chairman of the Urhobo Traditional Rulers Council Forum didn’t come as a surprise.
She stressed that the Ovie Of Arhavwarien kingdom has earned the position by a stint of hard work, commitment and selfless sacrifice towards his subjects. She thanked the members of the Urhobo Traditional Rulers Council Forum for their confidence and the trust in their monarch.
Chief Arobaga however expressed confidence, noting that the new leadership of the Urhobo Traditional Rulers Forum will pilot and support the new administration of Gov. Oborevwori in actualizing the M.O.R.E agenda mantra.
She congratulated the entire Urhobo ethnic nationalities especially the Urhobo Traditional Rulers for the successful election and prayed God to grant both the kings and their subjects long life.
