GOMEP Hails Tompolo, Tantita’s Security Service Generosity In Renovating Ugborikoko Police Division

The Guild of Online Media Editors and Publishers of Nigeria (GOMEP) has commended the Executive Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, for his supports and kindness providing a conducive and better shelter to accommodate police officers serving at the Ugborikoko Police Division in Delta State.

The group in a statement signed by its National President, Dr. Dozie Nwankodu and the National Secretary, Comrade Akpovoke Treasure Otiti, described the gesture as welcoming, encouraging and transforming, adding that the generosity and kindness displayed by Chief Tompolo, depicts the true position of what Cooperate Social Responsibility should be especially in giving back to support the government.

“It is an encouraging gesture and transformation  because the edifice now wear a new look and gives comfort and sense of belonging to those working in the Division.

“The once dilapidated  structure has been given a facelift that is equiped with modern security tools and gadgets and other cutting edge technology.”

The joint statement further expressed the union profound gratitude to the Tantita service leadership and its management team for the demonstration of love shown for the well being of one of the Nations security apparatus and its personnel.

“Tompolo and Tantita Security company have shown that private entities can play a significant role in addressing security challenges across Nigeria.”

Dr. Nwankodu, also noted that security remain a major challenge in the country, but said the intervention of Tantita Security Services is a shining example and hope for a proactive civic engagement, adding that if more companies can follow this example, the landscape of public infrastructure and security would be drastically improved.

On his part, the National Secretary, Comrade Otiti, stressed that the renovation and furnishing of the building with the state of the act facilities no doubt  improved and impact on the services to be rendered to the public by officers and men in that Division. He called on others spirited individuals who can afford such projects to emulate the kind gestures given by Chief Tompolo and his organization by supporting the Nations public servants.

“This isn’t just a building, but a symbol of safety, conducive working environment and hope for the people of Warri and its environs.”

The Guild reaffirmed its support for every initiatives that promote peace, safety, and development across the nation, and encouraged other corporate bodies, philanthropists, and well-meaning Nigerians to emulate Tompolo’s gesture by investing in the security and well-being of their communities.

“This act of generosity and foresight by Tantita and Tompolo, has not only given life back to a vital institution but has also set a new standard for community engagement. The Ugborikoko Police Station now stands as a haven, an inspiring model of what is possible when vision meets action.” The statement concludes.
