Mr. Onogharigho who delivered a lecture on the occasion opined that the social problem of drug abuse and illicit trafficking has become endemic and consequently endangering public health and safety. He stated that about 200 million people currently abuse drugs in the globe. He pointed out that the rate of youths frig abuse is alarming and calls for concern.
