As Nigerians struggle to adjust to the present economic reality as a result of removal of fuel subsidy, the Federal Government and Private School owners in some parts of the country, especially Delta State have announced upward review of tuition fees for primary and secondary schools, this has angered parents to call on the state governor to call on the state governor to Intervene urgently.
Some of these institutions have announced significant increases in tuition and other fees, while others are planning to do so in order to cope with the effects of the removal of subsidy on petrol.
This decisions is putting parents on a very tensed corner as a new academic session is about to commence for Primary and Secondary Schools even when the calendar of tertiary institutions has been affected with incessant strikes and crises.
The development has further worsened the frustration of Deltans who have in the past few days lamented the unbearable hardship imposed on them owing to the removal of fuel subsidy.

This ugly development has pushes parents and guardians to appeal to the Delta state government to look critically at the plight of Deltans and roll out measures to cushion the cost of living and palliatives that will match up with the cost of fuel.
