Members of Ogbako Ndi Anambra, a non political and cultural group with the aim of taking care of her Indigenous residents in Delta State on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, passed a vote of confidence on the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori for being a destabilized fellow with good intentions for non indigene.
The group that converged at her Secretariat in Warri to celebrate their illustrious sons appointed by the Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori for their astute performances in different areas of specialty in the State, said the governor has fulfilled his MORE agenda promise.Â

The group led by their Chairman, Prince Iruka Umeodunukwe extolled the leadership virtues of those appointed by the governor from among over fifty town unions making up the group for not deviating and for working in tandem with the agenda of the governor..Â

Prince Umeodunukwe, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Governor for towing the path of his predecessor, Sen. Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa who appointed many non indigenes, especially Hon. Nze Francis Onuora as SA, Non Indigene, SSA, Community Development and now SSA, Non- Indigene in Delta State among other three SAs in the persons of Hon. Emeka Ndulue, Hon. Sunny Okeke and Hon. Tochukwu Nzelu.

Addressing newsmen, Prince Iruka Umeodunukwe promised the Governor, the PDP family, of reciprocating the appointments with massive votes in subsequent elections and admonished appointees to maintain the confidence reposed in them by the group.Â

On their separate chats with newsmen, the appointees pledged to double efforts in unison with their SSA’s, Nze Francis Onuora to achieve the lofty MORE Agenda of Rt. Hon. Oborevwori’s administration.

High point of the ceremony was motion for “Vote of Confidence on H. E; Oborevwori’s administration moved by Nze Francis Onuora seconded by all member delegates present.
