…Calls On Delta State Govt., NDDC, Other Companies Not Transact With General Elaye Slaboh

Stakeholders and leaders of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty PAP, Delta State chapter, has warned against impersonation of its National chairman, Amb. Preye Ekpebide.
In a statement signed by Kerebi Ombe, and Hon. Ujeyah Princewill R.Louis, Chairman and Secretary, Delta state chapter, accused one General Elaye Slaboh from Bayelsa State of impersonating as the national chairman of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Program PAP, a position they said he does not hold.
The statement noted that, the newly elected national chairman of the Third Phase of PAP is Amb. Preye Ekpebide from Delta State. It disclosed that Amb. Preye Ekpebide was duly elected and took over leadership from the immediate past chairman, General Tonye Bobo after a peaceful election.
The Delta State chapter in the statement warned Gen. Elaye Slaboh to forthwith desist and stop parading himself and impersonating the national chairman.
“We the beneficiaries of the Third Phase of PAP hereby warn Gen. Elaye Slaboh to desist from impersonating Amb. Ekpebide who is the legally and legitimate elected chairman of the group.
” We urged all beneficiaries of the Third Phase to disregard any claim by the Gen. Slaboh, the impostor”.
The group further cautioned that dealings of any kind with him or his associates would not be recognized by the Delta state chapter or the entire Third Phase beneficiaries in the region.
The state chapter called on the PAP administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro to as matter of urgency intervene and terminates every transactions with Gen. Elaye Slaboh in his false capacity.
They also appealed to the Delta state government, NDDC, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board,(NCDMB) International Oil Companies (IOC) and other related bodies to refrain from transacting with Slaboh, so to maintain peace and ensure progressive development in the region.
The stakeholders and leaders including Julius Omoyibo, Delta State Vice Chairman, Kingsley Odiri Agas, Birinumughan Jesse Joseph Okior,
Tonye Bobo, Jeff Avwebor Nyerhovwo, Adokeme Eneakpofinine Victor, Godday Couple, King Godday Smith and Tam Odogun, further maintained that Slaboh does not have the mandate of the Third Phase beneficiaries and was only providing a false cover for himself thereby causing disaffections and division in the group.
When contacted, embattled Slaboh, accused of impersonation responded, “Don’t mind them, allow them to be wasting their money on publications, but I am the National Chairman of PAP Third Phase”.
