The People’s Redemption party, PRP in Delta State have expressed confidence in winning next year general elections even as its governorship candidate has stressed on developmental issues during a town hall meeting with Dr. King of SRTV in London.
Director of Media and Publicity of the Party, Mr. Akpovoke Otiti, explained that the leadership hierarchy of the party and other critical stakeholders are unified on all fronts to deliver the State from darkness.
Otiti who is also the spokesman of the governorship candidate of the party also mentioned that his Principal, Immanuel Edijala, administration will deliver on its “POWER AGENDA” If elected, and also noted that his party would spring to victory come 2023.
He said; “The preparation for the next year’s election begins with the inauguration of the Peoples Redemption Party PRP, gubernatorial candidate and we must ensure that we fulfill all electoral promises, and our social contract with the people.
“We will also ensure that PRP run an inclusive and responsive government and Deltans will showcase whole lots of achievements during their next elections.
“Edijala is a man that will not compromise his POWER AGENDA for any reason, but he will be bent on project harvests to show Deltans, just as he is set to reduced unemployment rate and contribute his own quota to the socio economic development of the state at a time the country is been faced with mass starvation and economic quagmire it presently faces.”
Speaking further, Otiti noted that Chief Edijala is committed to his development agenda and that his electioneering promises will not be in vain, and enjoined Deltans to have confidence in him and to give him the needed chance.
Adding that the ‘ability movement’ has veterans that would facilitate a smooth process towards the governorship elections in the State, maintaining that any other political party are only groping in the dark, with their numerous unfounded arguments.
“Here in PRP, we have some of the best hands who have seen whole lots of elections and we are very positive about the outcomes of the next election.”
” Our party is more concerned about the quality and quantity of the votes, and we are confidant of the governorship position and hoisting the flag of the party in government house after the elections.
“We have our work cut out for us, unlike in the past, we are going to take the campaigns to every Deltan doorsteps and every would-be voters and try to reach them at their comfort zones.
