With the incessant rising cost of one of Nigeria’s most common food, bread, residents have lamented that families are now being deprived of the opportunity of eating bread, just as the People’s Redemption Party PRP, gubernatorial candidates, Chief Immanuel Edijala has promised to work on how to reduce the price of bread even before the elections.
Chief Immanuel Edijala noted that, he does not believe on telling electorates that he will construct roads, build bridges if elected, but need to do something to make Deltans have confidence in him as a gubernatorial candidate. He said it is not just promising heaven and earth on pages of newspaper and Social media, as it has become a normal talk to every political class aspiring for a positions. He said none them have the ability to think outside the box , but instead keep repeating words to deceive gullible Nigerians.
The People’s Redemption Party gubernatorial candidate, Immanuel Edijala said that why he pick on bread, is because every family eat bread and used to be the only affordable and available ready-to-eat food for most Nigerian households, that with the recent increase in the price of bread, it has now become an unaffordable and unavailable food item on every family’s table.
“The bread I used to buy for N500 about two months ago is now N1000 to N1200
“ Alot of families have replaced bread with yam and egg, pap and akara,” Edijala said.
Edijala appealed to electorates that he will put the cost of high price of bread to rest, that the “POWER AGENDA” have a lasting solution to fall the price of bread in Delta.”Am not among those politicians that give vague promises, these will be actualized in few days, “IMMANUEL BREAD” will soon hit the market running, he assured Deltans.
“The PRP Gov’ship Candidate also appealed to Deltans that they do not need any alternative to bread in their family, his bread will be of the same quality with the ones they use to buy breads and it will be very affordable.
