The Appeal Court, Lagos Division has scheduled to deliver judgement today November 24, 2023, in the case of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Ovie Augustine Omo-Agege and another and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and two others.
The APC flag bearer had lodged appeal, challenging the March 18th ruling of the Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal that upheld Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s electoral victory.
It was learnt that the case was listed for judgement on Friday the 24th day Of November, 2023.
It was reliably gathered that the venue is the Court Of Appeal Lagos while the time is 10:00am.
