It was an atmosphere of mourning with torrents of tears flowing freely when the remains of the three siblings killed by a yet to be identified persons and their bodies stuffed inside a deep freezer in Nnewichi, in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State last month were laid to rest.
The three siblings were laid to rest at their Uga community, Aguata Local Government Area of the state on Saturday, March 8, 2025, with emotions running high as attendees adorned in black wept uncontrollably and struggled to come to terms with the tragedy.
The funeral mass for the deceased siblings was held at the St. Michael Catholic Church Umueze Uga.
The parents of the dead children, Mr. and Mrs. Udochukwu Ejezie, described the loss of their children as an unimaginable nightmare and the greatest shock of their lives.
The three siblings were murdered in their home and their bodies were stored in a deep freezer in Nnewichi, Nnewi, Anambra state, by yet-to-be-identified assailants.
