The case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People of Biafra who was charged with treason and terrorism and falsehood against the federal government had been adjourned to January 19 and 20, 2022.
This was after he appeared before Justice Binta Yanko at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. By this adjournment, Nnamdi Kanu is to remain in DSS custody till January 2022 for a resumed hearing.
